This is what a skipped service looks like
This came out of a customer’s engine in our workshop. Engine oil should run clean and thin, but when services are stretched too long it breaks down into thick, black sludge that can no longer protect the engine.
Regular servicing with fresh oil and a new filter is one of the cheapest ways to avoid expensive engine repairs later.
Brake disc skimming, on the car
Here our team skims a set of brake discs with an on-car brake lathe. The lathe bolts straight onto the wheel hub and machines the disc while it stays on the vehicle, so the disc runs perfectly true to your own hub and bearings.

- Helps stop brake judder and vibration through the pedal and steering wheel
- Gives new brake pads a smooth, even surface to bed in on
Drilling performance brake discs
Our own machining work at RSM Motor Centre. Each brake disc is clamped on the milling machine and drilled hole by hole in an even pattern across the braking surface, giving a cross-drilled disc for performance and enthusiast vehicles.

Dyno tuning and performance parts
Performance work at RSM Motor Centre is measured, not guessed. Our dyno records power, torque and speed across the rev range, so you can see the results on screen, and when a client needs a custom intake manifold, our sister company Rowland Manifolds designs and machines it for them.

At RSM Motor Centre, we use advanced HYDRIVE cleaning technology to safely and effectively remove soot deposits from inside your engine – from the intake to the particulate filter.
Our workshop is equipped with two HYDRIVE cleaning machines: one designed for engines up to 3 litres (perfect for passenger cars and smaller engines) and another capable of handling engines up to 20 litres, ideal for larger vehicles and trucks. The process is computer-controlled, fully monitored, and fitted with safety devices, ensuring a reliable, thorough clean every time.
