Yes, RSM Motor Centre is a member of the RMI and we are accredited service providers. The process is simple. We do the quotes, claims and all of the paperwork for you. The only exception is OUTsurance, where the client will have to submit the claim. RSM Motor Centre has standard industry guarantees in place, ensuring our clients are protected. There are obviously certain instances in which the guarantee would fall away, mostly to do with driver/owner negligence post service/repairs. We do however put our clients FIRST and we will always attempt to resolve any issues speedily, honestly and professionally.

Yes. RSM Motor Centre only uses original and manufacturer parts in all repairs and services. As members of the RMI, we are accredited and approved by manufacturers of vehicle to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Yes. At RSM Motor Centre this is standard. We offer all of our clients the old parts when collecting their vehicles/trucks. We also have a strong communication policy whereby our clients are informed of all steps, actions and price changes (decreases/increases) while the job is being done.
